Sclerocactus seedlings growing second year

These Sclerocactus seedlings germinated at the base of their mother plant last summer and they are now in their second growing season. They were transplanted an inch or so away from the adult plant to make room for more seeds being planted at the base of the cactus. They are growing well and are outdoors with about 6 hours of direct sun a day. They are also getting plenty of Wisconsin rain this summer and appear to be happy with all of the water even though it is far more than they would have in their native habitat.
